Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Receptionist to join our team and work in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. The ideal candidate will assist in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a chiropractic setting.

Duties:

• Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar
• Assist chiropractor with patient therapies and treatments
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Handle phone inquiries and manage the office phone system efficiently
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the clinic

Skills:

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical office procedures
• Experience in providing costomer service
• Familiarity with basic computer software and data entry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
