Job Description
About us Breakthrough Medical Plus LLC is a multi-disciplinary medical office including nurse practitioners, chiropractors and physical therapist. We are fast-paced and fun place to work for and we enjoy 3 day weekends. Patient treatment hours are Monday through Thursdays 9-7.
Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients, providing excellent patient care.
- Prepare patients for chiropractic treatments, including assisting with positioning and applying therapeutic modalities
- Educate and assist patients on proper exercises.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas
- Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is perferred.
- Additional training will be provided for those with no prior experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment in at a fast pace when necessary.
