Physical Therapy Assistant, Home Health Trinity Health System Steubenville, OH Service Full Time, M-F, Days Req # 10442 JOB SUMMARY As an employee of Trinity Health System, it is the responsibility of this and all positions within the hospital to support the mission and role of Trinity Health System. In addition, this position will actively support the Hospital's Strategic Plan in the areas of People, Service, Quality, Finance, and Growth, in a team-based environment. The employee also performs all job duties in compliance with laws and regulations in the observance of accrediting agency standards. Conduct patient care as directed by a Physical Therapist and participate in efficient cost-effective planning and operation of the Home Health department.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting. Training and Experience Two (2) years experience in Physical Therapy Assisting. Ohio license required. May also be required to obtain a WV license. BLS provider or obtain within 3 months of hire. Health and Background Requirements Employment contingent upon successful completion of: Physical Background Check Must be physically able to perform all job duties as assigned.
