Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Part-Time to
Full-Time Compensation:
$35/hr DOE for clinic hours
Schedule:
Part-time to start, with a planned transition to full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Compensation Structure:
School contracts: Salaried Clinic hours: $35/hr DOE About the Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team. This role begins part-time with a clear pathway to full-time hours as our patient and school-based services continue to expand. What You'll Do Provide high-quality physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Support treatment plans for patients in both school-based settings and our clinic Assist with therapeutic activities, exercises, and documentation Collaborate with therapists, school staff, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate and timely patient records What We Offer Competitive hybrid compensation structure: Salaried pay for school contracts $35/hr DOE for clinic hours Benefits package including: $250/month health & savings plan Short-term disability coverage Flexible work schedule: You design your own schedule to meet both school and clinic needs A very supportive, collaborative, and caring team environment Opportunity for professional growth and increased hours as the role progresses What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt between school-based and clinic environments Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
