Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a fantastic team in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will have strong manual therapy skills, experience in an outpatient setting, and a patient-centered approach to care. You will work closely with our Physical Therapists to provide high-quality rehabilitation services and support patient recovery. Full-time & Part-Time options available. Requirements Current and active State PTA License (required) 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience preferred Strong manual therapy skills Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, modalities, and rehabilitation techniques Ability to follow treatment plans and provide accurate documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Key Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training Instruct patients on proper techniques for exercises and home programs Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising Physical Therapist Document treatments accurately and in a timely manner Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment Support overall clinic flow and patient care needs
