Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), where you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their strength, mobility, and independence. Educate patients and their families on home exercises, injury prevention strategies, and overall wellness practices. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and preparing treatment materials. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care plans and ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements Valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in accordance with state regulations. Proven experience assisting in physical therapy or rehabilitation settings is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential. Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with team members. Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients through various physical activities for extended periods. Demonstrated attention to detail when documenting patient progress and maintaining records.
