Position Summary The Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant supports daily clinic operations by delivering excellent patient service at the front desk while assisting with a variety of in-office therapies, including StemWave, Neubie, cold laser, and other treatment modalities. This role plays a key part in maintaining an efficient, organized, and patient-focused environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes initiative, and is willing to learn hands-on clinical skills. Licensing Requirement and Compliance
- Obtain Oregon Chiropractic Assistant (CA) license within 30 days of hire
- Employer will cover costs associated with fingerprinting, background check, and licensing fees
- Continued employment is contingent upon obtaining and maintaining an active CA license in good standing with the State of Oregon
- Employee must adhere to all Oregon Chiropractic Board regulations, clinic protocols, and scope of practice guidelines at all times Skills and Qualifications

- Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars effectively
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and provide general administrative support
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate records in the EMR system
- Collect payments and communicate basic service and billing information Clinical Support Duties
- Assist providers with multiple therapies, including StemWave, Neubie, and other services, under supervision
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is clean, organized, and ready for use
- Guide patients through their visits, including rooming and preparing them for treatment
- Monitor patient comfort during therapies and communicate with providers as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the clinic Pay & Benefits
Pay:
$18-$25 per hour, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus opportunities available after 6 months, based on reliability, skill development, and overall contribution to clinic performance

- Ability to assist with patient positioning and provide light support
