We're hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA ) to join a collaborative, therapist-driven team where your work directly impacts recovery outcomes every day.

Assisting residents with mobility, ambulation, and therapeutic exercises Implementing individualized therapy plans using manual techniques and assistive devices Monitoring and documenting patient progress timely and with accuracy Educating and motivating residents throughout their recovery journey Ensuring compliance with therapy protocols and safety standards Partnering with the therapy and nursing teams to support patient-centered outcomes Staying current with best practices through continuing education What You Bring Active Oregon PTA License (we support and reimburse licensing costs) Graduate of an accredited PTA program Valid CPR certification 6+ months of experience in a long-term care environment preferred Strong clinical knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care A compassionate, team-oriented approach Work Environment & Expectations Collaborative, team-based therapy environment Productivity expectations aligned with industry standards, with leadership support Emphasis on quality care over burnout culture Ready to Make a Difference? Requirements:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program
Licenses/Certification:
Current state PTA licensure Valid CPR certification
Experience:
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred
