Overview Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This position focuses on providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative and fast-paced clinical environment treating a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Responsibilities Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and modalities Document patient progress accurately and efficiently Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention Maintain a positive and encouraging treatment environment Collaborate closely with therapists and support staff to optimize patient outcomes Qualifications Graduate of an accredited PTA program Current state PTA license in good standing Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset with a patient-first approach What We Offer Pay is negotiable based on experience Bonuses paid twice yearly Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education Consistent full-time or part time schedule in an outpatient orthopedic setting If you are passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love, we would love to hear from you.
