Full-Time Day Shift $31.06 - $38.24/hour No On Call Duties Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and executing individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics. Perform therapeutic interventions such as trigger point therapy, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to alleviate pain and improve function. Support patient care activities by monitoring progress, providing education on exercises and mobility strategies, and ensuring safety during therapy sessions. Conduct assessments related to physiology and anatomy to help tailor interventions effectively for outpatient, inpatient, or home health settings. Participate in discharge planning by preparing patients for continued care at home or in other facilities, ensuring seamless transitions. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and care plans in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure comprehensive care delivery. Qualifications Certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) from an accredited program is required. Physical Therapist Assistant License (Oregon) Basic Life Support within 2 months of hire One (1) year of clinic experience in comparable setting, preferred.
