Physical Therapist Assistant

• Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care in a clinic setting, working with various patient populations across different care settings.

• Duties:

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
• Provide direct patient care in acute care, inpatient, and outpatient settings
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities with patients
• Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Work in occupational health, geriatrics, and other specialized areas as needed
• Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication

• Experience:

• Previous experience in hospital medicine or outpatient clinics preferred
• Familiarity with patient care protocols and procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
