Rehab Specialist / Chiropractic Assistant

Join Right Move Chiropractic — a growing, local chiropractic office focused on helping Erie move, feel, and live better. We are looking for an energetic, reliable, people-focused team member to lead and grow our rehab department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, teaching movement, supporting recovery, and helping build systems that improve the overall quality of care in our office.

You are:

Positive, dependable, and proactive Independent and comfortable with responsibility Effective in connecting with patients of all ages Detail-oriented and able to follow through Interested in health, movement, fitness, or rehabilitation Excited to help grow a department, not just complete daily tasks What You'll Do Responsibilities include: Performing basic movement screens to identify mobility and stability limitations Guiding patients through rehab and corrective exercises Administering therapies such as spinal decompression and laser treatment Fitting patients for custom orthotics Helping maintain smooth patient flow Supporting patient education and care plan success Selling products to support better patient results Assisting with social media, marketing, and community outreach as needed Taking ownership of growing the rehab department to improve patient outcomes and quality of care What We Offer Monthly bonus potential Paid training Retirement Benefits A supportive, purpose-driven team environment The opportunity to build a meaningful role inside a growing local practice

Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Thursday:

8:15 AM-6:15 PM with lunch

Tuesday:

8:15 AM-3:15

PM Friday:

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
