Schedule & Compensation Job Type:

Part-time (with full-time potential).

Pay Rate:

Starts at $17.00 per hour.

Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities Patient Check-In:

Greet patients in a warm and friendly manner.

Clinical Support:

Assisting Doctor with therapies and patient care.

Documentation:

Record patient symptoms and data in electronic health records.

Scheduling:

Coordinate appointments and manage the clinic calendar.

Multi-Tasking:

Answer phones while managing in-office patient flow.

Office Upkeep:

Assist willingly with light cleaning and sanitizing to maintain clinic standards.

Financials:

Collect copays, verify insurance, and process daily payments.

Required Qualifications High Standards:

Pride in delivering flawless work and maintaining a pristine environment.

Reliability:

Excellent attendance record and strict punctuality are mandatory.

Detail-Oriented:

High accuracy in medical documentation and note taking.
