Therapy Assistant

Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, honest, and team-oriented Chiropractic Therapy Assistant to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is professional, positive, and committed to providing excellent patient care. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strict no-cell phone use policy during work hours to maintain focus and professionalism . Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred. Patient Care & Clinical Support Prepare patients for chiropractic treatments and therapy sessions. Assist with therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation (e-stim), ultrasound, heat/ice therapy, traction, and other prescribed treatments. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and stretching programs as directed by the chiropractor. Monitor patients during therapy and report any concerns or changes to the chiropractor. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions in patient records. Ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and organized. Administrative Support Schedule patient appointments and manage treatment flow. Verify patient information and assist with intake forms. Maintain confidentiality of patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with insurance documentation as needed. Equipment & Facility Maintenance Set up, operate, and maintain therapy equipment. Ensure equipment is sanitized and functioning properly. Report equipment malfunctions promptly. Maintain inventory of therapy supplies. Patient Education & Support Provide basic instruction on home exercise programs as directed by the chiropractor. Reinforce care plans and wellness recommendations. Promote a positive and encouraging treatment environment. Work Environment Fast-paced chiropractic clinic. Requires standing, walking, and assisting patients throughout the shift. Positive, team-focused atmosphere.

Pay:

$16.50 - $18.50 per hour
