Generous PTO and paid holidays. The Role & Responsibilities As a core member of our Clinical Team, you will work under the general supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care and interventions.

Direct Care:

Provide scheduled therapy sessions focused on mobility, balance, safety awareness, and transfers.

Collaboration:

Participate in the development of predicted outcomes and attend Clinical Team and family meetings.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate written progress notes and submit monthly clinical reports.

Communication:

Coordinate daily with the Physical Therapist, NeuroRehab Administrator, and residential staff regarding client progress.

Compensation:

Pay is based on experience.

Qualifications Licensure:

Current PA licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) OR eligibility to sit for the licensure exam immediately following graduation ( New Grads welcome! ).

Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to follow detailed therapy plans.

Physical Requirements:
