Patient facing position supporting both chiropractic and physical therapy teams.
Responsibilities include:
patient flow, scheduling, billing and collections support, maintain office cleanliness, and coordinate with the clinical staff. Support physical therapist (DPT) and physical therapy assistant(s). Coordinating with chiropractic team.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to adapt, and multitask. Caring and loving people a must. Great working environment and growth potential.
M-Th:
8:30-1:00// 2:30-6:00//
F:
8:00-1:00. 1 week paid vacation/2 additional flex days/holidays paid. Bonus commensurate with office/organizational performance.
