About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and driven Medical Assistant / Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on patient care with front desk operations and patient relationship support. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives every day. Prior experience in sales or customer service is a real asset here — guiding patients through their care plans and building trust are central to this position. What You'll Do Clinical Responsibilities Assist providers with patient assessments, examinations, and therapeutic procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms between patient visits Record vitals, symptoms, and provider notes accurately Set up and monitor patients on modalities including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, SoftWave/Shockwave therapy, and spinal decompression equipment Educate patients on their treatment plans, home exercises, and wellness strategies Provide attentive, compassionate support throughout each office visit Sterilize and maintain clinical instruments and equipment Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Administrative & Front Desk Duties Answer phones, return patient calls, and schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance information and collect patient intake data Assist with prior authorizations and billing department communications Maintain organized patient files and electronic health records Manage office inventory and ensure medical supplies are stocked Coordinate patient referrals with external providers Patient Relations & Growth Support Follow up with prospective patients through our CRM system Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments in a timely manner Support patient retention efforts with consistent, caring communication Assist with community outreach and clinic marketing initiatives Collect patient testimonials and support social media content creation Conduct follow-up calls after initial patient treatments What We're Looking For Required High school diploma or equivalent Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Foundational understanding of both clinical and administrative healthcare tasks Professional, reliable, and team-first attitude Preferred Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) Experience in chiropractic, medical, or healthcare settings Background in sales, marketing, or patient-facing customer service Familiarity with medical terminology and basic anatomy Experience with patient scheduling software or CRM platforms Comfort with social media and digital content
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
