Be a part of a locally-owned business that is deeply integrated into the Greenville and Travelers Rest community. Duties Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and executing individualized treatment plans for patients across various settings. Implement therapeutic interventions including trigger point therapy, manual therapy techniques, and mobility exercises tailored to each patient's needs. Monitor patient progress, document responses to treatment, and communicate updates to the supervising therapist. Support discharge planning by preparing patients for continued care at home or in other facilities. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, activity modifications, and therapeutic exercises to promote ongoing recovery. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients with orthopedic, geriatric, pediatric, or post-surgical needs. Skills Proven experience in outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, inpatient units, or home health environments. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice. Skilled in trigger point therapy techniques and other manual therapy modalities. Ability to develop and follow comprehensive care plans tailored to diverse patient populations including geriatrics and pediatrics. Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to supporting recovery and mobility improvement. Familiarity with discharge planning processes and interdisciplinary collaboration. Knowledge of orthopedic conditions, acute care procedures, and outpatient therapy protocols. Join us if you're passionate about making a difference through dedicated patient care! Pay:
$32.43 - $40.66 per hour
