Chiropractic Assistant

Chiropractic Assistant Role:

Our Chiropractic Assistants spend the most face-to-face time with our patients and are key to providing an exceptional care experience. Similar to front desk responsibilities, this role requires the ability to follow instructions, prioritize, and stay organized. You'll be on your feet and active all day, so enjoying a busy, people-centered environment is a must! In this position, you will assist with therapies such as electrical stimulation, laser treatments, and spinal decompression, following guidance from our Chiropractors. Additional duties include giving office tours to new patients, assisting with intake procedures, and maintaining strong communication with both providers and front desk staff. We provide full training, so prior experience is not required — although a background in chiropractic care, physical therapy, or exercise science is a plus. Our Chiropractic Assistants are also cross-trained to help at the front desk and manage phone calls. Being a supportive team member who is always willing to help where needed is vital!

Location & Availability:

This opening is for our Franklin location. HealthSource Chiropractic also operates clinics in Brentwood, Hermitage, and Murfreesboro . Full-time schedules typically range between 35-40 hours weekly (Monday-Saturday), though part-time roles may also be available depending on your availability (especially afternoons and Tuesdays).
