Chiropractic Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support chiropractors in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The Chiropractic Assistant will be responsible for patient intake, assessments, and administrative duties, contributing to a positive patient experience. Responsibilities Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Conduct patient intake, including gathering medical history and current concerns Assist chiropractors during examinations and treatments Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for use Educate patients on post-treatment care and exercises as directed by the chiropractor Maintain accurate patient records, including assessments and treatment notes Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications Support administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and data entry Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies Qualifications Prior experience in a service industry preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and with a smile Ability to accurately and efficiently input patient information Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to quickly memorize how to preform procedures and scripts for effective patient education purposes Willingness to work collaboratively with existing Chiropractic Assistants and Doctors with a team mindset as we all support each other willingly Compassionate attitude with a commitment to patient care excellence
