This is NOT your typical PTA position. Marino Physiotherapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing outpatient orthopedic clinic in Knoxville. This role offers mentorship, hands-on learning, and a clear path for professional learning and growth. What Makes This Role Different This is not a "thrown into a caseload and hope you survive" position. This is a development-focused role designed to help you grow step-by-step with mentorship, training, and real clinical exposure.

Your Initial Role Includes:

Clinical support / treatment / tech duties Administrative support and patient flow coordination Documentation assistance / scribing Hands-on learning beside experienced clinicians Weekly education and skill-building sessions Direct one-on-one mentorship As your skills progress, you will transition into increasing PTA treatment responsibility and be paired with a PT to help manage a shared caseload. Our Treatment Model Unlike many clinics: Every patient is seen 1-on-1 each visit PTAs receive regular collaboration, guidance, and progression planning Team-based care is the norm Quality and outcomes come first This creates a strong learning environment where PTAs can continue developing instead of feeling professionally isolated.
