We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated PTA to join our team at Parkway Health and Rehab, a state-of-the-art Skilled Nursing Facility committed to providing exceptional rehabilitation services. About the Role As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Parkway Health and Rehab, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement individualized therapy plans for patients with a variety of medical conditions and injuries. Our PTA's are responsible for conducting evaluations, treating patients, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our physical therapy team Provide physical therapy interventions to patients, including exercises, modalities, and other treatments Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
