Full Job Description Overview:

Requirements:
Associates degree from an accredited college or university Current state of Texas licensure as a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant 6 months full-time clinical experience Pediatrics experience Home Health experience preferred Must carry valid auto insurance and driver's license.
Responsibilities include:
Provide skilled physical therapy services in the home or daytime facility of patients 0-21 years of age, 2 or more times per week, in accordance with physician orders Schedules supervision visit(s) with his/her supervising PT according to Texas board guidelines Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient Plans for care to meet goals of the physical therapy interventions Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. Enhances physical therapy reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment.
