Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process with professionalism and enthusiasm Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and handle appointment rescheduling efficiently Collect patient information through intake forms, update medical records, and verify insurance details Assist chiropractors with patient assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting symptoms Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all clinical supplies are stocked and ready for use Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment plans, instructions, and follow-up care Handle phone inquiries promptly, provide information about services, and direct calls appropriately Skills Strong patient service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Basic knowledge of physiology and human anatomy to understand treatment procedures Ability to perform patient assessment tasks accurately and professionally Familiarity with medical terminology to assist with documentation and communication Experience with intake procedures, including data entry and insurance verification Solid understanding of anatomy knowledge to support chiropractic care processes Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, records, and administrative tasks efficiently This paid position offers an engaging environment where your enthusiasm for health and wellness can truly shine.
