We are professional, welcoming, and family oriented. Our goal is personalized care, clear plans, and real progress — without rushed visits. We are looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our team where your energy and dedication will directly enhance patient care and streamline clinic operations. Your proactive approach and compassionate attitude will help create a welcoming environment for all patients, fostering their journey toward improved health and wellness. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with the intake process to ensure accurate documentation. Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature to support clinical assessments. Maintain detailed medical records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring all documentation complies with privacy standards. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and patient inquiries, and managing patient flow efficiently. Ensure clinic cleanliness, organize supplies, and adhere to safety protocols to promote a safe environment for staff and patients. Skills/Requirements Time Management and Excellent Communication Organized and Detail-Oriented Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to effectively support clinical activities Basic computer skills and experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) Familiarity with EHR systems for accurate documentation and ICD coding for diagnoses Ability to perform vital signs measurement accurately and assist with intake procedures efficiently Strong verbal & written communication Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Valid Drivers License and Reliable Transportation The anticipated work schedule is as follows:
Monday:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (with a 1 hour lunch break)
Wednesday:
9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with a 1 hour lunch break)
Thursday:
9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with a 1 hour lunch break)
Friday:
7:30 AM to 2:00
PM Saturday:

Pay:
