We're searching for a motivated, caring, and team-driven Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who's ready to jump in, make a difference, and have fun while doing it. At Ruby Healthcare , we believe rehab should be both effective and uplifting—for our patients and our therapists. If you love seeing progress, working collaboratively, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
Carry out individualized treatment plans under the direction of a licensed PT Help residents regain strength, balance, and independence Document progress with accuracy and attention to detail Work alongside PTs, OTs, SLPs, nurses, and caregivers Educate and motivate residents with compassion and creativity Keep the rehab gym a fun, engaging, and safe space
What You Bring:
Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program Active PTA license in Texas Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude A love for senior care (or an interest in discovering it!) SNF experience is a bonus, but not required—we're happy to train
