Full Job Description Position Description:

We are looking for a physical therapist assistant who wants to be part of a dynamic team that strives to deliver quality care and favorable clinical outcomes. We are focused on providing the best health care experience for those in need and developing relationships throughout the community. We offer a complete and well-rounded soft tissue and rehabilitation program. Our clinics see a diverse patient population, with patients coming in for pre-operative care/post-operative care, sprains/strains, performance enhancement, injury prevention, and more. We operate as a multi-disciplinary practice with chiropractic, PT, & MD providers.

Hours of Operation:

Full time position with hours of operation: Monday

• Friday Compensation:

  Position offers a base salary plus incentives. Starting salary will be based on experience. Expected starting position will offer a $70,000
• $85,000/year salary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Candidate must have knowledge on active and passive rehabilitation procedures to direct the patient(s) through the appropriate treatment plan Candidate must be able to help develop appropriate treatment plan based on patient needs Assist in helping perform appropriate musculoskeletal and neurological evaluations Assist in completing and maintaining patient records/notes that follow current recommended guidelines and compliance procedures through state and federal agencies Ability to consult, recognize, and refer patient(s) to the appropriate health care practitioner if/when needed Be a leader to other team members and the community

Competency:

Candidates must perform patient care to what is required as a physical therapist assistant morally and ethically Candidate that is willing to grow with a new practice

Education/Experience:

Certification(s) and/or Degree(s) associated with job title Experience is appreciated but not necessary for job position. New graduates are welcome to apply.

We are looking for physical therapist assistant at our Frisco location.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to manually treat patients on a daily basis, based on a high-volume practice
• Perform and demonstrate passive therapies with confidence and knowledge
• Perform and demonstrate active therapies with confidence and knowledge
• Standing and sitting throughout the day
