Staff Physical Therapy Assistant

Impact Performance Physical Therapy is a veteran owned physical therapy clinic that values both employee and patient time. We strive to provide the quality patient care by hiring highly motivated, skilled and compassionate physical therapists. Our PTAs treat a lower number of patients per day to ensure each patient leaves feeling they received the attention they deserve and providers aren't overwhelmed. We are seeking a motivated, outgoing and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant. The position is flexible for part time hours or full time if desired.

Duties include:

• Provide hands-on therapy to patients using various techniques
• Educate patients on exercises and stretches to improve their mobility and strength
• Monitor patients' progress and work with PT to adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records ```Requirements```
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
