Physical Therapy Technician

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Technician to join our team. As a Physical Therapy Techinician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. Duties:

• Preparing treatment areas and equipment for patients
• Creating treatment plans for patients together with our medical provider
• Escort patients to and from therapy sessions
• Aid patients in performing exercises and therapeutic activities under the guidance of our medical providers.
• Monitor patients during therapy sessions, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas
• Document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the medical provider
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
• Perform modalities such as ESTIM, ultrasound and massage

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
• Excellent patient service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients of all ages
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to physical medicine
• Licensed massage therapist is preferred but not required.

Pay:

$15.00

00 per hour
