Chiropractic Assistant/Office Manager ODIC Houston Houston, TX Job Details Part-time | Full-time $16 - $19 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Interpersonal skills Team leadership Work-related injury patient support English Workers' compensation insurance knowledge Medical scheduling Organizational skills Full Job Description Bilingual (Spanish) Chiropractic / Medical Rehabilitation One Doc Injury Clinic We are seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Chiropractic assistant / Medical Assistant to assist operations at our growing multi - disciplinary rehabilitation clinic. Our practice specializes in Texas Workers' Compensation (TDI) and Personal Injury (PI) cases , and we are looking for a knowledgeable candidate who understands the workflows, compliance, and patient coordination required in this space. Position Overview The Chiropractic assistant will oversee both front office and back office operations, ensuring efficient clinic performance, excellent patient care, and full compliance with Texas Workers' Compensation (TDI) and Personal Injury processes . This role requires a hands-team player who can manage staff, streamline operations, and serve as a key point of contact for patients, providers, and legal/insurance partners. Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations, including front desk and clinical staff Cross train in back office physical medicine modalities Ensure compliance with Texas Workers' Compensation (TDI) and Personal Injury (PI) guidelines and documentation requirements Manage patient scheduling, case flow, and coordination with attorneys, adjusters, and case managers Monitor clinic productivity, workflow efficiency, and patient satisfaction Maintain a professional, organized, and patient-focused clinic environment Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Minimum 3 years of experience in Texas Workers' Compensation (TDI) and Personal Injury (PI). Prior experience strongly preferred but will cross train qualified new Chiropractic or medical assistant graduate . Strong understanding of TDI workflows, documentation, and compliance requirements Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced clinical environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonus structure (monthly/quarterly tied to clinic productivity and case management efficiency) Opportunities for growth within a growing clinic
