We operate from the core values and basic principles We sweat the small stuff and are detailed oriented We are patient helps We take ownership and helping our patients out of pain We huddle to help our patients as a group DUTIES Assist patients with exercises Assist therapists with needs Maintain pool therapy equipment Put out bottled water in chests Put in exercises in flow sheets Watch patients for safety Walk patients to the restrooms Laundry Extra set of hands Assist with Balance Assessments Modalities ie. Electrical Stimulation, Ultrasound, Diathermy, Laser, Heat & Ice Kinesio Tape

STAFF OWNERSHIP

Greeting, discovering, and being attentive to all patient needs. Assist and/or instruct patient in proper treatment position. Set up and prepare exercise equipment and observe the patient during treatment. Assist with the patient flow within the space as per the direction of the Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant. Ensure the workspace is prepared to serve clients in a safe and sanitary manner. Assist and motivate patients in exercise programs, as directed by the physical therapist. Clean linen daily, fold, and change linen as necessary, and help maintain neat and clean conditions. Inform for therapy supplies, as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by therapists or administrative support team. Abide by all facility and policies and procedures. Requirements Strong interest in the physical therapy or medical field. College Degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology Must be at least 18 years old. Must have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team. Computer literate, experience with data-entry a plus. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Regular attendance and punctuality. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time. Available to work the schedule and 2 Saturdays. Ability to perform under pressure and fixed time constraints.
