Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support physical therapists in providing high-quality care to patients in various settings, including outpatient clinics and hospitals. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting with patient care, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a positive experience for all patients. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about healthcare and eager to contribute to the rehabilitation process. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients. Prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment is clean and functional. Help patients with exercises and mobility tasks as directed by the therapist. Maintain patient records and documentation accurately. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing questions and concerns. Support the team in maintaining a safe and organized environment. Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities as needed. Skills Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assist in patient care effectively. Familiarity with orthopedics , acute care , and inpatient/outpatient settings is preferred. Strong communication skills to deliver excellent patient service . Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Compassionate demeanor with a focus on enhancing the patient experience.
