What Your Day Looks Like Deliver evidence-based musculoskeletal interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist Build meaningful relationships with employees and help them address musculoskeletal concerns before they become disabling conditions Reinforce treatment plans designed to improve function, movement, and long-term health Coach employees toward sustainable movement strategies and healthy behaviors Support prevention, recovery, and performance initiatives within employer environments Utilize digital tools to support care delivery and outcomes tracking Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and multidisciplinary stakeholders to improve workforce health Practice Environment You'll work directly within employer environments, supporting workforce populations through prevention, early intervention, and evidence-based musculoskeletal care. Required Qualifications ✔ Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) ✔ Minimum 2 years of orthopedic, sports medicine, occupational health, ergonomic rehabilitation, or related musculoskeletal care experience preferred ✔ Strong understanding of musculoskeletal care and therapeutic exercise ✔ Ability to work effectively under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist ✔ Comfortable using digital tools including tablets, laptops, and mobile applications ✔ Ability to speak and comprehend Spanish Preferred Qualifications Occupational health experience Ergonomic assessment experience Functional movement assessment experience Motivational interviewing skills Industrial or employer-based healthcare experience Professional Growth & Development Continuing education support Collaborative peer network Mentorship from experienced musculoskeletal specialists Exposure to innovative workplace health strategies Opportunities for professional advancement We're not building another rehabilitation company.
