• $78,000 Sign-On Bonus Opportunity! Eligible candidates may qualify for a $2,000sign-on bonus

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Meets qualifications as established by APTA
• Active Physical Therapy Assistant License in State of Practice
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
