Full Job Description Job Purpose:
The Chiropractic Assistant at
HIRE INTRODUCTION LLC
a temporary staffing solutions agency , plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care across various chiropractic practices. This is a PRN or temporary assignment-based role , not a permanent position. The Chiropractic Assistant will support the chiropractic team by ensuring smooth operations within the office, assisting with patient care, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for clients. The role requires a high level of professionalism and dedication to providing exceptional service to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist chiropractors with patient preparation and treatment procedures. Manage patient scheduling and appointments to optimize clinic workflow. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting patients, and handling inquiries. Support chiropractors in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Educate patients on chiropractic care and wellness practices as directed by the chiropractor. Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest standard of patient care. Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED Required Experience:
1-2 years of experience working in a chiropractic office Familiarity with chiropractic procedures and patient care
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using office software and medical record systems Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and scheduling Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team Basic understanding of anatomy and medical terminology related to chiropractic care
