Position Overview:

We are looking for a well-rounded, high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is strong in multitasking. This role works directly with our doctors and patients throughout the treatment process. You will be responsible for guiding patients through their prescribed rehabilitation programs and ensuring they stay on track with their care plan.

Responsibilities:

Assist doctors throughout the patient treatment process Instruct and guide patients through rehabilitation programs prescribed by the doctor Therapies include (but are not limited to): Therapeutic and corrective exercises Stretching and mobility work Postural and movement analysis Soft tissue therapy Heat and cold applications Electrical stimulation setup Decompression therapy Dispensing durable medical equipment Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to providers Maintain accurate and efficient daily documentation Help maintain patient flow in a fast-paced clinic

Qualifications:

Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities High energy and ability to stay engaged throughout the day Dependable and punctual Ability to take direction and work efficiently Preferred (but not required): Experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical office settings Background in fitness, sports, or rehabilitation
