Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Chiropractic Back Office Assistant to join our team. This position plays an important role in providing excellent patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Responsibilities Greet patients and help create a welcoming environment Escort patients to treatment rooms Discuss patient concerns and identify areas of discomfort Apply therapies and treatments as directed by the chiropractor Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms Perform laundry and other clinic housekeeping duties Complete patient charting and documentation Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments Provide general office support and assist with other daily clinic duties as needed Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor Strong customer service and people skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain patient confidentiality Previous medical office, chiropractic, or healthcare experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
