Job Description

Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Care Team Member Syracuse Chiropractic and Health Center - Syracuse, UT We are a chiropractic and wellness clinic dedicated to helping our community achieve better health in a positive, energetic, and professional environment. We are currently hiring a Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Care Team Member to join our clinical care team. This is a hands-on patient care position in a fast-paced healthcare setting. What This Role Looks Like This is not a desk-only or reception-only job. You will be actively involved in patient care throughout the day, working directly with patients and assisting the doctor with therapies and treatment procedures. You will be part of a team that values integrity, compassion, accountability, and professionalism in every patient interaction. Key Responsibilities Greet, escort, and prepare patients for treatment Assist the chiropractor during exams and therapy procedures Set up and maintain treatment rooms between patients Collect basic patient history and symptom information Assist with therapies including: Electrical stimulation Traction / decompression Heat and ice therapy Rehab exercises Assist with X-ray workflow (positioning and patient flow support) Educate patients on home care instructions and exercises Maintain clinic cleanliness and efficient patient flow Assist with scheduling and front desk support as needed Schedule Monday-Thursday 1:30 PM - 6:30 PM (approx.) Consistent availability during these hours is required Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Energetic, positive, and coachable Comfortable working closely with patients in a clinical setting Reliable, punctual, and consistent Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Friendly, professional, and team-oriented Interested in health, wellness, and helping people improve their lives Minimum Requirements Strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Dependable work history Comfortable with hands-on patient care and physical activity (standing, moving, assisting patients) Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a clinical team Computer skills Preferred (Not Required) Experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, massage therapy, or medical office Customer service or patient care experience Basic understanding of anatomy or rehab concepts Important Notes This is a hands-on clinical role (not remote, not desk-only) Training is provided, but reliability and attitude are essential We prioritize personality, work ethic, and coachability over experience How to Apply Please email: Your resume A short cover letter answering: Why you are interested in working in a healthcare/chiropractic setting What makes you reliable in a team environment Any relevant experience with patients or customer service Applications without a cover letter will not be considered.
