We are seeking ethical and compassionate therapists to help patients in their home settings by providing skilled services to maximize patient outcomes. Home Health visits are performed in compliance with Medicare and the PT Practice Act. This position allows you to work and make your own schedule while covering the areas you desire. You have 100% discretion in choosing the areas and assignments you wish to accept. PTAs should possess the organizational and time management skills needed to work efficiently and independently. If you currently have a full time or part time job, working home health can provide you a way to earn additional income and fill gaps in your schedule to reach your financial goals. RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist Communicate with the care team in regards to the patient's progress Provide caregiver education and training as needed Instruct patient in the use of various types of durable equipment to improve function.

PTA Criteria:

Must have a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of VA Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program Applicants must possess basic computer literacy skills. Current documentation program is Kinnser and Alora Plus. Prefer at least one year of home health experience. Not mandatory Current CPR certification 1099 employee-Professional Liability Insurance or be willing to purchase (Cost=approx less than $150/year) Valid driver's license and vehicle with insurance policy

Pay:

$93,600.00 - $109,200.00 per year
