We're seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated Part‑Time Chiropractic Assistant to support both patient care and front office duties. We are a cash only practice that does not process any insurance claims, so a billing and coding background is not necessary. This position is ideal for students , bilingual applicants , or anyone seeking a structured schedule with opportunities for growth — including potential to transition to full‑time . Duties Patient Care Assist with therapies (different modalities) Front Desk & Administrative Greet patients and create a welcoming environment Answer phones and schedule appointments Check patients in/out and process payments Support smooth daily patient flow Manage and follow up with prospective patients from Social Media campaigns Training & Professional Development - weekly Learn therapy equipment, patient flow, and clinical procedures Participate in team development and office efficiency projects Work on marketing or social media tasks Prepare and clean treatment rooms Guide patients through their visits with professionalism and compassion Requirements Prior experience in a medical office setting, preferably in chiropractic or dental clinics, with strong clerical and front desk skills Proficiency in EMR systems such as ChiroTouch, Epic, Meditech, eClinicalWorks, or similar platforms; familiarity with health information management is a plus Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and office management tasks Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Why You'll Love Working With Us Dedicated training time each week (perfect for students or candidates eager to grow) Paid training Employee chiropractic care Supportive team culture Opportunities to help with marketing or community outreach Potential to grow into a full‑time role How to Apply Submit your resume directly through Indeed.
