Flexible schedules - see patients at your convenience, no shifts Competitive pay: $60+ per visit Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 10 days accrued vacation, 5 days sick leave, 6 paid holidays Mileage reimbursement Optional 401k with 3% match (after 90 days) Optional 529 College Savings Plan (after 90 days) Optional supplemental insurance (Aflac) and group whole life insurance (after 90 days) Work near home with one of the largest active patient censuses in Virginia Job Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist according to physician-approved plans of care Assist individuals in maintaining, restoring, and improving movement, activity, and function to enhance health, well-being, and quality of life Observe, record, and report patient responses and any changes in condition to the supervising PT, physician, and clinical staff Complete documentation for each visit in compliance with guidelines and regulatory standards Provide resources for future patient needs and promote wellness and prevention Requirements PTA License in the State of Virginia Prior home care experience OR strong clinical background preferred Updated BLS certification Negative PPD Must be efficient with documentation
