Align Chiropractic in North is Everett is currently looking for an energetic and caring individual to help guide patients through their healing journey by assisting them with their spinal rehabilitation programs. In this position you will work directly with the doctor and patients in teaching and administering exercises and traction therapies to help people improve their spinal alignment and quality of life without the use of drugs or surgery. No prior experience necessary as there will be training in all aspects of the position. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and facilitate smooth intake processes to ensure accurate documentation and efficient service Assist with patient positioning, movement, and exercise routines under the supervision of licensed chiropractor. Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and supplies to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patient care Support the delivery of therapeutic modalities such as physical therapy exercises, posture training, and the proper use of traction both in the office and at home Monitor patient progress during sessions, document observations accurately, and communicate updates to the healthcare team Educate patients on their treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention strategies to promote ongoing recovery outside the clinic Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and medical terminology to ensure compliance with healthcare standards Join us in creating a positive impact through compassionate patient care!
