Assist in related documentation and communication. Functioning under the supervision of the Physical Therapist. Instructs patients and family members in home programs and activities of daily living.Qualifications:
Associates degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current Physical Therapist Assistant licensure. A minimum of 1 years experience in a Skilled Nursing setting preferred. Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR certification required.Benefits:
