As a Physical Therapist Assistant under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, performs treatment plans to restore clients' function and prevent disability following disease, illness, injury, or loss of a body part within Milwaukee County and Oak Creek. Therapy is provided in the client's home through an interdisciplinary team approach. Provides services at quality levels consistent with professional standards of practice. Client Treatment
  • Implements individualized client treatment programs as directed by the supervising Therapist. Documentation
  • Accurately record and disseminates client information Continuity of Care
  • Effectively interacts with co-workers and medical personnel to assure continuous client care delivery of the highest quality Care Management
  • Coordinates services provided to clients through cooperative care planning with interdisciplinary team members under the supervisor of a Therapist Clinical Education & Expertise
  • Seeks to further the clinical skills and professional knowledge of self and peers.
