Chiropractic Assistant

Full-Time | Chiropractic & Rehab Clinic We are looking for the right long-term team member — not just someone looking for "a job." This position is best suited for someone who is adaptable, dependable, mentally engaged, willing to learn, and able to function well in a fast-paced healthcare environment where things change throughout the day. This is a hands-on position in a busy chiropractic and rehab clinic. We need someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, can stay organized under pressure, and is willing to step in wherever needed to keep the clinic operating smoothly.

PM Tuesday:

Closed Employees are expected to stay until patients are finished, the clinic is cleaned, and duties are completed for the day. Patients arrive late, schedules shift, treatments change, emergencies happen, and priorities move quickly. We value team members who: Use common sense Think through problems Use the information they DO know to work toward solutions Communicate clearly when they need help Stay productive during busy or stressful situations Responsibilities Responsibilities may include: Assisting patients with rehab therapies and exercises Preparing and monitoring treatment modalities Assisting with: Ultrasound E-stim Decompression Laser therapy Manual therapy Therapeutic exercise instruction Supporting patient flow throughout the clinic Assisting the doctor as needed Helping maintain a clean, organized, efficient environment Learning front desk responsibilities over time Scheduling and patient communication Working within EHR and Practice Management software systems Documentation and charting support Maintaining professionalism and patient confidence at all times This position requires flexibility. There will be days where responsibilities shift quickly based on clinic needs. Training & Development We are willing to invest in the right person. The ideal candidate is someone who: Reads and studies training materials carefully Takes training seriously Reviews the employee handbook, clinic systems, and procedures thoroughly Learns from mistakes and improves Retains information and applies it consistently Is willing to pursue continuing education and certifications Training opportunities may include: Modality certifications X-ray certification Therapy training Front desk and administrative training Continuing education courses We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a highly skilled and valuable member of the clinic. Preferred Backgrounds Experience is preferred but the right attitude and work ethic matter most.

CNA Nursing assistant Massage therapy Chiropractic assistant Therapy aide Physical therapy or rehab experience Medical office experience Experience with EHR/PM systems is a plus.
