Pay:

$40.00 - $542.75 per hour based on experience

Type:

Two-month contract

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 4:30PM)

Notes:

This position will cover Grant, Hardy, and Pendletons Counties of West Virginia

Primary Responsibilities:

• Seeing patients under the supervision of licensed PT and following Plan of Care
• Provides skilled rehabilitation services in patient homes
• Implement treatment plans—including exercises, gait training, and education—to improve patient mobility, manage pain, and restore function
• Document progress

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist Assistant License in West Virginia
• Home Health experience preferred
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client Why work for Adecco?
