Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Chiropractic Assistant to support our growing chiropractic practice in Shinnston, WV. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and is passionate about helping patients achieve their wellness goals. Position Summary The Chiropractic Assistant serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities include assisting with patient flow, maintaining records, and providing support to the chiropractor and clinical team. Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients with a positive and professional attitude. Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries. Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized office environment. Support the chiropractor with patient therapies and office procedures as directed. Maintain accurate patient records and uphold HIPAA confidentiality standards. Monitor and restock office and clinical supplies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a medical office, chiropractic clinic, physical therapy practice, or customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records preferred. Professional appearance and a commitment to excellent patient care. Schedule Part-time hours- 3 days a week
