Assignment Details:
Schedule:
36 hours guaranteed per week Assignment duration: 13 weeks
Qualifications & Experience:
Current licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Prior hospital-based therapy experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Dedication to high standards of patient care and strict confidentiality Flexibility to adapt to new environments and practices
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing and progressing treatment plans for patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide optimal rehabilitation outcomes Accurately document patient care and progress Educate patients and families on therapy interventions and safe practices Support safe, effective, and compassionate care in accordance with hospital protocols
