Schedule/Hours:
13-week assignment 36 hours per week guaranteed
Desired Qualifications:
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant Recent experience providing therapy in a hospital or inpatient setting Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration abilities Dedication to delivering patient-centered care Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
Support patient rehabilitation by implementing customized therapy plans in collaboration with physical therapists Accurately document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery plans Help maintain a safe and motivating therapeutic environment Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care
