Part-Time Job Summary A well-established home healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality care to patients in a home-based setting on a part-time basis . This role is ideal for professionals looking for flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact on patients' mobility, pain management, and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Administer physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Provide non-complex therapeutic treatments including active and passive exercises, massage, traction, and modalities such as heat, cold, light, water, and electrical therapy. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care (daily, weekly, and monthly reports). Monitor patient progress and promptly report any changes in condition to the supervising therapist or appropriate leadership. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing training sessions as needed. Manage a flexible patient schedule and assist with light administrative tasks when required. Ensure adherence to infection control and universal precaution protocols during all patient interactions. Perform clinical assignments within scope of training, certification, and competency. Support compliance with regulatory and payer requirements through accurate documentation and communication. Required Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active PTA license in the state of Wyoming. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. Current CPR certification. Work Schedule & Environment Part-time hours with a flexible schedule based on patient needs and availability. Opportunity to build a consistent caseload over time. Home health setting primarily serving senior patients. Requires local travel within the assigned service area. Collaborative, patient-focused team environment.
